01. Problem

Fragile coordination in high-stakes human capital environments.

Enterprise HR Performance Management systems are traditionally passive data silos. Coordination between HR teams, hiring managers, and candidates often breaks down due to manual handover processes, leading to delays and compliance risks.

The primary challenge was designing a system that could act autonomously while ensuring humans remained in control of ethical and qualitative decisions—avoiding the "black box" effect common in automated HR Performance Management solutions.

02. Process

Bridging HR domain expertise with agentic logic.

Our approach started with deep-dive workshops with HR stakeholders to identify "trust-breaking points" in hiring pipelines. We mapped out every manual interaction to determine where agents could handle friction and where humans must step in.

We developed low-fidelity logic flows to prototype how the agent communicates its intent. This allowed us to test the "explainability" of the AI before even touching the final visual design.

03. Solution

The Agent Hub: A unified command center for HITL orchestration.

We designed a multi-agent system that proactively handles talent sourcing and onboarding. Instead of a chat interface, we built a "Command Center" that visualizes agent actions in real-time.

The solution centers on a robust notification and approval system that surfaces only high-impact decisions to humans, while the agents manage the administrative heavy lifting behind the scenes with full transparency.
