understanding wellbeing
Like most people, my path through understanding and healing my mental health has been messy.
My personal struggles with anxiety and body image over the past couple of years inspired me to find tools and techniques to self-soothe and improve my mental health and wellbeing further.
From listening to podcasts about neuroscience, watching videos about ayurveda, and reading books about spirituality, I've learned a lot about wellness and wellbeing. Although I'm not an expert, I hope to use this space to share and document some of the important things I've learned through my journey to help anyone else in a similar situation.
