I design AI for the industries where mistakes have consequences.
My job is to make complex workflows feel simple and powerful systems feel trustworthy.
This means: simplifying technical workflows that look impossible from the outside, and building enough trust that experts will actually use what we ship.
After years across product design, PM, and design leadership, I've learned the same thing every time: in high-stakes domains, AI has to be auditable, transparent, and keep the user in the loop.
